2003: october, Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella della Solidarietá Italiana (decoration received by the President of Italian Republic for his cultural work in central Europe area).

2005: partecipation in the ELLEU program (E-learning for languages and literatures in Europe), partner of the ICON centre, in Pisa. Director of the program of Italian Literature in comparison with the Hungarian Literature from the Origin to the XXI Century.

2005: Member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA Doktora).
