PÁLYÁZATI KIÍRÁS

A Pécsi Tudományegyetem Bölcsészet- és Társadalomtudományi Kar (továbbiakban: BTK) pályázatot hirdet „Tudományos Diákköri Munka Támogatása 2025-2026” ösztöndíj elnyerésére.

Az ösztöndíj keretösszege: 1 800 000 Ft

Az ösztöndíjra azok a hallgatók pályázhatnak, akik:

• a BTK-n a pályázat benyújtásakor aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkeznek, vagy olyan PTE Természettudományi Kar által meghirdetett osztatlan tanárképzésben folytatnak tanulmányokat, amely esetében a szakpár egyik része a BTK kezelésébe tartozik,
• aktív tudományos diákköri (TDK) munkát végeznek, amelyet a tudományos diákköri témavezetőjük igazol
• zajló kutatásuk bemutatását vállalják a 2026 tavaszán rendezendő Bölcsészet és Társadalomtudományi Kari Tudományos Diákköri Konferencián.

A pályázathoz mellékelni kell:

• kitöltött Pályázati Adatlap (1.sz melléklet)
• beszámoló a folyamatban lévő TDK munka eddigi fázisairól és jövőbeli ütemezéséről (max.1 oldal)
• TDK munka témavezetői igazolása
• hallgatói jogviszony igazolás

A pályázatokat elektronikus úton kell benyújtani a BTK Kari Tudományos Diákköri Tanács elnökének, Dr. Pohárnok Melindának (ktdt.btk.pte@gmail.com). Hiánypótlásnak helye nincs.

A pályázat benyújtási határideje: 2025. 11. 10.

Az ösztöndíjat minden hallgató elnyeri, aki a pályázati kérelmet a fenti határidőig benyújtja, és vállalja, hogy a 2026 áprilisában megrendezésre kerülő BTK Kari Tudományos Diákköri Konferencián a pályaművét bemutatja. A pályaművek bemutatását a BTK Kari Tudományos Diákköri Konferencián készült jegyzőkönyvvel a PTE BTK Kari Tudományos Diákköri Tanács igazolja. A jegyzőkönyv alapján az ösztöndíjat odaítélő bizottság dönt az esetleges visszafizetési kötelezettségről.

Az ösztöndíj elnyeréséről a Dékán által kijelölt 3 tagú szakmai bizottság dönt. A bizottság egy tagja a BTK-n aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező, a pályázatban nem érintett hallgató. A rendelkezésre álló keretösszeg felosztása az érvényes pályázatot benyújtó hallgatók között egyenlő arányban történik.

A bizottság döntése jegyzőkönyvben kerül rögzítésre, melyet a bizottság tagjai aláírásukkal hitelesítenek. A jegyzőkönyv tartalmazza a benyújtott pályázatok számát, az elnyert pályázatok számát, valamint az egy főre jutó ösztöndíj összegét.

A pályázat eredményéről a pályázók a tanulmányi rendszerben rögzített e-mail címükre kapnak értesítést 2025.11.30-ig. Az elnyert ösztöndíj a pályázó részére legkésőbb 2025.12.23-ig kifizetésre kerül a tanulmányi rendszerben rögzített bankszámlára történő utalással.

A pályázatot elnyerő hallgatók kötelezettségei:

• a pályázatot elnyerő hallgatók kötelesek a 2026 áprilisában megrendezésre kerülő Kari Tudományos Diákköri Konferencián a TDK munkájukból készített pályaművet prezentálni
• amennyiben a konferencián való részvétel a hallgató önhibájából hiúsul meg, úgy a pályázatot elnyerő hallgatónak visszafizetési kötelezettsége keletkezik.

A pályázatot benyújtott hallgató a döntés ellen – a közléstől, ennek hiányában a tudomására jutásától számított tizenöt napon belül – fellebbezéssel élhet a Kar dékánjánál.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (hereinafter: BTK) of the University of Pécs announces a call for applications for the "TDK scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year”.

The total amount of the scholarship is HUF 1.800.000.

Students who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for the scholarship:

• are active students at the Faculty of Humanities at the time of application, or are enrolled in an undivided teacher training program announced by the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Pécs, in which one part of the program is administered by the Faculty of Humanities,
• are actively involved in academic student research (TDK), as certified by their academic student research supervisor
• they undertake to present their ongoing research at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Student Research Conference to be held in the spring of 2026.

The following must be attached to the application:

• a completed Application Form (Appendix 1)
• a report on the current phase of the TDK work and the future schedule (max. 1 page)
• certification of the TDK work supervisor
• proof of student status (available by the Registrar’s Office)

Applications must be submitted electronically to the chair of the BTK Faculty Student Research  Council, Dr. Melinda Pohárnok (ktdt.btk.pte@gmail.com ). No missing information may be added later.

Application deadline: November 10, 2025

The scholarship will be awarded to all students who submit their application by the above deadline and agree to present their work at the BTK Faculty Student Research Conference to be held in April 2026. The presentation of the works will be certified by the PTE BTK Faculty Student Research Council. Based on the certification, the scholarship award committee will decide on any repayment obligations.

A three-member committee appointed by the Dean decides on the award of the scholarship. One member of the committee is a student actively enrolled at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences who is not involved in the application process. The available budget is distributed equally among the students who have submitted valid applications.

The committee's decision is recorded in an official report, which is authenticated by the signatures of the committee members. The report contains the number of applications submitted, the number of applications awarded, and the amount of the scholarship per person.

Applicants will be notified of the results of the application by November 30, 2025, to the email address recorded in the Neptun study system. The scholarship awarded will be paid to the applicant by December 23, 2025, at the latest, by transfer to the bank account recorded in the study system.

Obligations of students who are awarded the scholarship:

• Students who gain the scholarship are required to present their TDK work at the Faculty Scientific Student Conference to be held in April 2026.
• if participation in the conference is prevented due to the student's own fault, the successful applicant will be obliged to repay the grant.

Students who have submitted an application may appeal the decision to the dean of the faculty within fifteen days of notification or, in the absence thereof, within fifteen days of becoming aware of the decision.
