Viktor Berger has a Ph.D. degree in sociology obtained 2016 at the Eötvös Loránd University. He is an associate professor of sociology at the University of Pécs. He was editor of the Hungarian sociological journal Replika from 2009 to 2020. His research interests include phenomenology of the online world, sociological theories of space and history of sociological thought.
