The department has an Erasmus partnership with three universities:
- Babeş-Bolyai University, Institute of Hungarian Ethnography and Anthropology, Cluj
- Department of Estonian and Comparative Folklore, University of Tartu
- Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, University of Ljubljana
We have also established a partnership with the Department of Environmental Studies of the Masaryk University of Science in Brno.
