Application for Fee Reduction

On the basis of the authorization given in § 48. (1) of Annex No. 6 of the Organisational and Operational Regulations of the University of Pécs, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences acting in his discretion may grant the students of the Faculty a reduction on the payment of fees on academic grounds (hereinafter: fee reduction).

According to the Academic Calendar of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the deadlines for submitting the fee reduction requests in the 2023/24 Spring semester are:

  • 9 February 2024 (Friday) 11:00 AM to submit the request in Neptun, and
  • 9 February 2024 (Friday) 11:00 AM to submit the printed request and all attachments (if necessary) in person to the Registrar's Office (please, visit the Registrar's Office, in the official office hours)

The request will be available in Neptun from the first day of the enrolment/registration period, 22 January 2024 (Monday). 

The application must be submitted via the Neptun electronic system, and in person to the Registrar’s Office by the deadline.

How to submit an application:

In the Administration/Requests menu, you must fill out the request titled BTK – Fee Reduction Application.

After filling in the form, print it out, sign it in your own handwriting and submit it in person to the Registrar’s Office. Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9AM-11AM.

The filled out data will be verified based on data downloaded from the Neptun system during the evaluation procedure.
