Application for Fee Reduction


On the basis of the authorization given in § 48. (1) of Annex No. 6 of the Organisational and Operational Regulations of the University of Pécs, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences acting in his discretion may grant the students of the Faculty a reduction on the payment of fees on academic grounds (hereinafter: fee reduction).

According to the Academic Calendar of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the deadlines for submitting the fee reduction requests in the 2026/27 Autumn semester are:

  • 13 September 2026, (Sunday) 23:59 to submit the request in Neptun, and

     

The request will be available in Neptun from 24 August 2026.

Before submitting your application, please read the applicable dean's regulations. The various reductions and the conditions for applying are set out in Dean's Order 7/2024. 

 

The application must be submitted via the Neptun electronic system.

How to submit an application:

In the Administration/Requests menu, you must fill out the request titled BTK – Fee Reduction Application.

During the evaluation process, the submitted data are cross-checked and verified against data downloaded from the Neptun.
