Research Groups Within the Research Center
Employment Relations Research Group
Group leader: Dr. habil. Róbert TÉSITS, Associate professor
The research group specializes in examining labor market relations, with special attention to the role of alternative forms of employment and the social economy in social inclusion. Our research focuses on the labor market, especially territorial relationships between employability and adaptability. Our analyses reveal the sensitivity of the labor market, the resilience to crises, and the mechanisms of adaptation to territorial differences.
Workplace Well-being Research Group
Group leader: Dr. habil. Gábor JUHÁSZ, Associate professor
The research group is engaged in mapping differentiated areas of workplace well-being that adapt to changing labor market and employment conditions, and in examining the factors that influence employees' quality of life and the relationships between them. PhD research related to the topic focuses on digital workplace well-being systems supported by artificial intelligence, the effects of aesthetic and ergonomic features of workspaces on employees' physical and mental health, the exploration of employees' interests related to work, and the identification of the effects of workplace substance use on workplace well-being.
