The European action NCP4Missions together with the European Commission is organizing the Horizon Europe Missions Brokerage Event on the 2024 Missions and cross-cutting calls for proposals.

The Brokerage Event is organized in cooperation with the EU Missions and cross-cutting INFODAYS that will take place on April 25-26. Both events are organized in online mode. This international partnering event will help you to build your consortium for the upcoming 2024 calls of the 2024 Missions Work Programme.

Thematic focus

The event focuses on following Horizon Europe – Missions and cross-cutting calls:

  • Adaptation to Climate Change
  • Cancer
  • Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030
  • 100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030
  • A Soil Deal for Europe
  • Cross-cutting activities

Target audience

Any applicant eligible to Horizon Europe calls: companies, universities, research and technology organizations, public sector, NGOs, and many others.

The event will be organized around 2 main sessions for you to maximize the impact of your attendance:

Plenary Session (21 May): 10:00 - 12:00 CEST    
Bilateral Meetings (21 May): 13:00 - 19:00 CEST
Bilateral Meetings (22 May): 10:00 - 19:00 CEST    

The brokerage event will be organized via the online features of B2match system. This means you will be able to have your face-to-face meetings from wherever you are currently working. All you need to have is laptop/computer with stable internet connection, microphone/headset (mandatory) and web camera (not mandatory). From organizational point of view:

  • a guide on how to run online meetings is available on How it works sections, 
  • you also need to update your time zone with your own time zone, otherwise all meeting hours will be displayed in the event's time zone
