Research in the institute of Psychology is based on an interactive and multidisciplinary approach.
Many research projects involve links between different members of the Institute as well as work with other Institute at Universityof Pécs (e.g. Medical School) and other universities in Hungary and abroad.
Our research is published in leading Hungarian and international scientific journals and disseminated at major conferences.
We have excellent laboratory facilities, including neuroscience facilities (EEG/ERP, fMRI), and behavioural measurement systems (baby and children lab).
Our research is supported by funding from the Hungarian Research Councils (OTKA).
The academic and research staff, as well as over 20 PhD students ensure a vibrant institutional research climate.
We regularly welcome academic visitors and external seminar speakers to the Institute.
