Intézményi TDK – 2026 ősz
Az OTDK az ország legnagyobb tudományos diákrendezvényeként a tehetséges hallgatók színvonalas bemutatkozási lehetősége, valamint a felsőoktatási tehetséggondozás egyik kiemelt fóruma. A konferenciasorozat célja a hallgatói tudományos munka megbecsülése, a tanár–diák szakmai kapcsolatok erősítése, valamint a diáktudományos tevékenység országos nyilvánosságának és elismerésének biztosítása.
Hagyományainknak megfelelően a 2026/2027-es tanév őszi szemeszterében is megrendezzük az Intézményi Tudományos Diákköri Konferenciát, amelyen a hallgatók a XXXVIII. Országos Tudományos Diákköri Konferencián (OTDK) való részvételre szerezhetnek jogosultságot.
Az őszi intézményi TDK elsődleges célja azon hallgatók OTDK-szereplésének biztosítása, akik valamilyen oknál fogva nem vettek részt a tavaszi fordulón.
Az intézményi TDK-n helyezéseket nem osztunk ki. A szóbeli prezentációt követően a hallgatók arról kapnak visszajelzést, hogy a tagozati bizottság támogatja vagy nem támogatja a pályamű OTDK-nevezését. A hallgatók a részvételről oklevelet kapnak.

- a dolgozat megküldése elektronikus PDF formátumban.

Opponensek felkérése, a dolgozatok bíráltatása, az opponensi vélemények beérkezése és megküldése a hallgatóknak, a tagozatok beosztása, a zsűrik összeállítása és a konferencia előkészítése.
2026. november 27. (péntek)
9:00–16:00 – Intézményi Tudományos Diákköri Konferencia. A pontos időbeosztás a jelentkezők számának függvényében változhat.

Az első alkalommal részt vevők regisztrációja az OTDT online rendszerben, egyénileg.

A pályamunkák feltöltése az OTDT rendszerbe, egyénileg.
A nevezés feltételei
A kitöltött és aláírt jelentkezési lap elektronikus változatát el kell juttatni a KTDT-hez, valamint a szak vagy intézet TDK-felelőséhez. A dokumentumot eredeti WORD formátumban, valamint aláírás után digitalizálva PDF formátumban is le kell adni.
Le kell adni az aktív hallgatói jogviszonyról szóló intézményi igazolást digitalizálva, PDF formátumban.
A dolgozat rövid, legfeljebb 1000 leütés / 250 szó terjedelmű tartalmi összefoglalóját WORD formátumban el kell juttatni a KTDT-hez, valamint az intézet vagy szak TDK-felelősének e-mail-címére.
A pályaművet PDF formátumban a KTDT e-mail-címére kell elküldeni: ktdt.btk.pte@gmail.com . A pályamunkán a szerző és a témavezető neve már feltüntethető. A fájl neve egyezzen meg a dolgozat rövidített címével.
A konzulenssel tett közös nyilatkozatot aláírás után digitalizálva, PDF formátumban el kell juttatni a KTDT-hez.
A jelentkezéshez szükséges a jelentkező hallgatói oktatási azonosítója, valamint a konzulens vagy konzulensek oktatási azonosító száma.
A jelentkezési adatokat és a szükséges dokumentumokat az online jelentkezési űrlapon kell megadni és feltölteni.
Hol található a hallgatói oktatási azonosító?
A Neptunban a profilra kattintva, a „Személyes adatok” fül alatt, az általános adatok között.
A résztvevők köre
- A konferenciára a PTE BTK-val aktív hallgatói jogviszonyban álló hallgatók nevezhetnek.
- Azok a hallgatók jelentkezhetnek, akik a jelentkezés előtt még nem szereztek BA, MA vagy osztatlan tanári abszolutóriumot, és nem záróvizsgáztak.
- A 2026 júniusában BA-n, MA-n vagy osztatlan tanári szakon végzett hallgatók – amennyiben nem folytatják tanulmányaikat a Karon – nem vehetnek részt a konferencián.
- Másoddiplomás alapképzésben részt vevő levelezős hallgatók közül azok mutathatják be dolgozatukat, akik második szakjukat folyamatos hallgatói jogviszony keretében végzik, és a bemutatandó munkát e szak keretében készítették.
A pályamű
- A TDK-dolgozat megegyezhet a leendő diplomamunkával. Az őszi szemeszterben záróvizsgázni kívánó hallgatók készülő szakdolgozatukkal is részt vehetnek a konferencián.
- Az OTDK-ra történő nevezéshez a konzulenssel közös nyilatkozatot kell tenni arról, hogy a pályaművet még az abszolutórium kiállítása előtt mutatták be.
- Az OTDK-ra benyújtott munka címének azonosnak kell lennie az intézményi konferencián bemutatott pályamű címével.
- A formai és terjedelmi követelményeket illetően az OTDT előírásai az irányadóak.

Általános formai kritériumok
Szekcióspecifikus kritériumok
- A pályamunka teljes terjedelme minimum 20, maximum 60 oldal.
- A pályamunka tartalmi része – a címlap, tartalomjegyzék, irodalomjegyzék és mellékletek nélkül – legalább 20, legfeljebb 40 oldal.
- A nem tartalmi rész terjedelme legfeljebb 20 oldal.
- Kiegészítő dokumentum feltöltése nem engedélyezett.
- A hivatkozások formátuma feleljen meg a szakmai sztenderdeknek, például a Harvard-rendszernek.
- Az irodalomjegyzékben, a táblázatokban és a mellékletekben 10-es betűméret és 1-es sortáv is használható.
- Az ábrákat és táblázatokat számozni kell, és a szövegben ennek megfelelően kell hivatkozni rájuk.

Institutional Scientific Student Conference
In line with our tradition, in the autumn semester of the 2026/2027 academic year, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences will organise the Institutional Scientific Student Conference (ITDK).
By participating in the conference, students may become eligible to take part in the XXXVIII National Scientific Student Conference (OTDK). The main aim of the autumn institutional TDK is to provide an opportunity for students who, for any reason, did not participate in the spring round.
No rankings or places are awarded at the institutional TDK. Following the oral presentation, students receive feedback on whether the section committee supports the nomination of their paper for the OTDK. Participants receive a certificate of participation.

Invitation of reviewers; review of papers; receipt of reviewers’ opinions and sending them to students; scheduling of sections; composition of section committees; preparation of the conference.

Registration of first-time participants in the OTDT online system, individually.

Application process
Submit the electronic version of the completed and signed application form to the KTDT and to the TDK coordinator of the department or institute. It must be submitted in the original WORD format and, after signing, in scanned PDF format.
Submit a digital copy of the institutional certificate of active student status in PDF format.
Submit a short abstract of the paper, with a maximum length of 1000 characters / 250 words, in WORD format to the KTDT and to the TDK coordinator of the institute or department.
Send the paper in PDF format to ktdt.btk.pte@gmail.com . The names of the author and supervisor may be indicated on the paper. The file name should correspond to the shortened title of the paper.
Submit the joint declaration with the supervisor to the KTDT after signing, in digital PDF format.
Applicants must provide their student educational identification number as well as the educational identification number of their supervisor(s).
Application data and the required documents must be submitted via the online application form.
Where can you find your educational ID?
In Neptun, open your profile and select “Personal information”. The educational ID is listed among the general data.
Who can participate?
- The conference is open to students who have active student status at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Pécs.
- Students are eligible to apply if, before submitting their application, they have not obtained a BA, MA or undivided teacher-training absolutorium and have not passed a final examination.
- Students who completed their BA, MA or undivided teacher-training studies in June 2026 may not participate unless they continue their studies at the Faculty.
- For students completing a second BA-level degree in a part-time programme, only students who complete the second programme within a continuous student status may present papers prepared within the framework of that programme.
The paper
- The TDK paper may be identical to the student's future thesis. Students planning to take their final examination in the autumn semester may participate with their thesis in progress.
- For OTDK nomination, a joint declaration with the supervisor is required stating that the paper was presented before the absolutorium was issued.
- The title of the paper submitted to the OTDK must be identical to the title presented at the institutional conference.
- The formal and length requirements are governed by the OTDT regulations.

General formal criteria
Section-specific criteria
- The complete paper must be at least 20 and no more than 60 pages.
- The content section – excluding the title page, table of contents, bibliography and appendices – must be at least 20 and no more than 40 pages.
- The non-content section may not exceed 20 pages.
- Uploading an additional document is not permitted.
- References must comply with recognised professional standards, for example the Harvard system.
- Font size 10 and single line spacing may be used in the bibliography, tables and appendices.
- Figures and tables must be numbered and referred to accordingly in the text.
